Septic System Use Permit Inspections

A Use Permit Inspection is conducted by a NAWT certified Inspector to assess the overall health of a septic system. This service includes all filing of necessary documentation with the governing county. Most counties in Colorado require this inspection for property sales or ownership changes, changes in property use (such as converting a residence to a business), addition of bedrooms, installation of a separate modular home, or other reasons deemed necessary by the Health Department. Starting at $375 (plus county permit fee).
